Okay, so many of you have asked about the new haircut after the “Great Hair Fire of 2008” that I toyed around and took some photo booth photos for you.
Here’s the side which flamed like Bananas Foster.

It’s now a long layers cut and I must say I LOVE it! The layers just seem to give it more depth and versatility.
Here’s the front…

I realized yesterday I forgot to include one of the best parts of the story.
Last week when I sat down in the stylist’s chair to get the “real” new haircut this was the picture hanging on the mirror in front of me…

I got quite a laugh she’d actually found a picture of a lady whose hair was on fire just for me.
Have a happy weekend, friends.

Love the new do!
You’re still “Smokin”!

Great cut! Would you have ever done that cut if your hair didn’t catch on fire? Don’t you just love a stylist with a sense of humor?! Mine is pretty humorous too!
Have a great weekend!

Okay so I totally have a really vivid imagination and I really like the one with the fire…for me anyways. If I could pull it off and look like that, I totally would. Seriously.

What? Huh? What?
Ok, I was gone way too long! Hair fire????!!!!
We just returned from Christmas Break in FL. Had great time but overwhelmed with back log. Laundry everywhere! But, I have a tan so no complaints!
Hope all is well and you had a wonderful holiday!!!
Blessings,
Roxanne

This is too funny! I’ve been reading your blog for a while now, but this is my first time to comment. You crack me up! I have laughed out loud so many times when reading it!
Anyway, I wanted to comment on your post from yesterday. Did you get that note pad at a store here in Nashville or did you find it online? I was just curious because I actually use a couple of different note pads from that same company. If you didn’t find them online, then you have to go visit their website to look at everything! They’ve got some really good stuff.

Hairdo looks the same to me. How is that for powers of observation?
Looking forward to seeing the Wilson’s soon.
I’m thinking of trying the “scuzzy” look that Pete displays.

Hi. I found your blog via Angie’s blog. I just had to post because your hair story was so funny. (Even though in reality it’s really not!:) ) You described it so well, I could picture it perfectly! Also, I have one of those note pads too- I just love “systems” to help me look and feel organized.
I enjoyed your blog and will be checking back!
